SEAGROVE BEACH, Fla. — Café Thirty-A’s Annual Christmas Charity Ball raised a record-breaking $90,905 for Caring and Sharing of South Walton, marking the most successful fundraising total in the event’s history and coinciding with the restaurant’s 30th anniversary.

The sold-out celebration, held Saturday, Dec. 6, 2025, welcomed more than 250 guests into the festively transformed Seagrove Beach restaurant, where community members gathered to celebrate both the holiday season and three decades of Café Thirty-A’s presence along Scenic Highway 30A.

Presented by honorary sponsors Coastal Luxury Real Estate, Earl Bacon Agency, Thomas Howell Ferguson P.A., and the Ellis Family, the evening blended fine dining, entertainment, and philanthropy. Guests were greeted with complimentary valet parking provided by All Access Coach and Leasing and champagne courtesy of Clear Title and Escrow, before enjoying heavy hors d’oeuvres, a gourmet dinner buffet, and desserts supplied by Haney Holloway, LLC.

Sponsors and VIP attendees received exclusive access to a pre-party event hosted by The Watson Group, while the main event featured an expansive silent auction offering artwork, jewelry, gift baskets, and luxury experiences donated by dozens of local businesses and artists.

Entertainment included music by DJ Casey, sponsored by Maranta Copy Co., an Epic Photo Co. photo booth courtesy of A BOHEME Design, and a surprise appearance by Santa Claus, provided by Barnes Capital Group, with photos sponsored by Corcoran Reverie. A newly introduced upstairs lounge, sponsored by Engel & Volkers 30A Beaches, gave guests additional space to relax and connect.

To commemorate Café Thirty-A’s 30-year milestone, attendees were offered handmade pearl jewelry from Mignot & Co., with 25 percent of all sales donated directly to Caring and Sharing of South Walton.

“Because the pearl is the traditional symbol for 30 years, we wanted to offer something special for our guests this year,” said Café Thirty-A co-owner Jackie Maliszewski. “This milestone is only possible because of our incredible community, who has gathered around our table and supported Café Thirty-A for three decades.”

Funds raised through ticket sales, sponsorships, direct donations, and the silent auction will support Caring and Sharing of South Walton’s mission to provide food assistance, financial aid, case management, and resource connections for local families facing crisis.

“The continued success of the Charity Ball makes a direct impact on our ability to serve local families,” said Carly Barnes, executive director of Caring and Sharing of South Walton. “Because of this community, we can keep saying ‘yes’ when our neighbors need help most.”

Organizers credit the event’s success to the generosity of sponsors, attendees, and the extensive list of silent auction donors representing businesses and creatives across Walton County and the Emerald Coast.
