Competing at the Wynlakes Golf & Country Club in Montgomery, Alabama, Olson secured his spot after a playoff. The most recent test scores for state standardized tests, known as the Florida Assessment of Student Thinking (FAST), showed an improvement from last year – which was already head and shoulders above the state average.
Niceville Athletics looks to score a new field to reduce injuries, expand availability to all.
This field wouldn’t just be for the Football Team – according to Brecthel. “This is a community field, and you can see people using it on the weekends as you drive by on John Sims,” he noted, “every single kid will be able to touch this new field, from the band kids who won’t have to cross the street to practice, to lacrosse and soccer as well.”
