Niceville Cheer, four-time-in-a-row Florida State Champions, have advanced to Orlando to compete for the national title this weekend. The Varsity and Junior Varsity teams boarded a bus Tuesday afternoon to make the six hour trip to the most magical place on earth.

The team spent the last week practicing for nationals and celebrating their state win.
If they are nervous – you wouldn’t be able to tell. “We are so excited,” said Cheerleader Brooke Ziemak with a happy smile, “ This is our fourth year competing with varsity – and we just can’t wait to go.”

“It’s like the best bonding experience with the team and the last thing we will get to do together,” said Bri Horn – another senior member of the team.
The team looks forward to the competition, but also to the team bonding that takes place every year. “And the food,” Ziemak said with another grin. “Yeah! The food!” Added Horn.
