Urgent Amber Alert: Missing Florida Teen May Be in Danger

SANTA ROSA COUNTY, Fla. — An Amber Alert has been issued for a 15-year-old girl out of Santa Rosa County, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

Authorities are searching for Adriana Hernandez, who has been missing since Tuesday, April 7. She was last seen in the area of the 6400 block of Bruce Lane in Milton.

According to investigators, the case was initially reported as a runaway. However, due to developments in the ongoing investigation, officials have since upgraded the case to an Amber Alert, indicating they believe the teen may have been abducted.

Law enforcement officials say Hernandez may have traveled to Georgia, though no additional details about a possible suspect or vehicle have been released.

Hernandez is described as a white-Hispanic female with brown hair and brown eyes, possibly with a reddish-brown tint. She is approximately 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighs around 130 pounds.

Authorities are asking anyone with information about her whereabouts to contact local law enforcement immediately.
