Niceville’s first game of the season will take place on August 22, when they visit Tallahassee Lincoln Trojans – a team they defeated twice last year (once in a playoff rout) at home. This year, former Niceville Head Coach Grant Thompson will serve as an offensive consultant for the Trojans (we’ll give you more information from our conversation with him in an upcoming article).

They’ll return to the nest on August 29 to host Escambia. Niceville spectacularly defeated the Gators at home last year and hope to repeat that performance in 2025.
In September, Niceville will visit Pine Forest on the fifth. Last year, they got the W in a big way at home.
On the 12th, the Eagles will host Crestview for their annual rivalry contest. Last year’s dominant win for Niceville against the Bulldogs was the latest in a string of victories that dates back to Crestview’s win at Niceville in November of 2022.
After the Bulldogs come to town, Niceville will play Choctaw at home. The Indians kept the ballgame within shooting distance last year and look to be a formidable opponent in the 2025 campaign.
Niceville will wrap up September with a visit to Gulf Breeze.
After a bye week on October 3, Niceville will host Mosley for the first time since 2022 on October 10. The team hopes to avenge their only regular season loss from the 2024 campaign. While Mosley will have to replace their four-year starter at quarterback in Sammy Freitas, they have the stability of longtime coach and former Niceville Assistant Tommy Joe Whiddon at the helm. The squad will have a bye week afterward and then host perennial ne’er-do-wells Milton who hope to dig out of the bottom of the district rankings under the leadership of a new head coach. The Panthers have a tough task ahead of them as they will play the game in Niceville on October 24.
Niceville will wrap up the regular season on Halloween with a home game against Navarre.
November will provide four rounds of playoff action – with the state semifinal taking place on November 28, the day after Thanksgiving.
