A fast-growing regional internet provider is once again being recognized not for its speed, but for its workplace culture.

LiveOak Fiber announced Wednesday it has earned the Great Place To Work® Certification™ for the fourth consecutive year. A designation based entirely on employee feedback.

According to the company, 93% of employees rated LiveOak Fiber highly in the survey, while 96% agreed with the statement: “Taking everything into account, I would say this is a great place to work.”

Company leaders say those numbers reflect a strong internal culture as the business continues expanding across Florida and Georgia.

“We’re incredibly proud of this recognition because it comes directly from our team,” said Chief People Officer Jen Powers. “This feedback helps guide where we choose to grow and ensures we remain a place where people feel supported, empowered, and inspired.”

The certification, awarded by global workplace culture authority Great Place To Work®, is considered one of the most credible benchmarks for employee experience. It measures factors such as trust in leadership, camaraderie among staff, and overall job satisfaction.

LiveOak Fiber has rapidly expanded its all-fiber broadband network in recent years, investing in infrastructure aimed at improving connectivity across underserved communities in the Southeast.

Company officials say maintaining a strong workplace culture is key to sustaining that growth.

Research from Great Place To Work® indicates employees at certified companies are more likely to feel engaged, fairly treated, and motivated. Factors that can translate into stronger business performance and retention.

As LiveOak Fiber continues to build out its network, leadership says employee feedback will remain central to shaping the company’s future.
