Addie’s Place, a 40-home development on an old Bluewater Bay Area Golf Course fairway, is one step closer to a finished reality.
Today, the land is leveled and ready for building – but after today’s decision from the Okaloosa County Commission, residential construction can start soon.
Okaloosa County Commissioners voted Tuesday to approve the final plat. A final plat is a “ final drawing of the subdivision and dedication prepared for filing for record with the county clerk.
The homes, which will be built across from the Golf Clubhouse in the heart of Bluewater Bay will price between $700k and $900k. The smallest of the homes will span 2,141 square feet and the largest will span 4,629 square feet.
