Keri Pitzer is an Auburn, Alabama Native. She graduated High School early to travel europe after a eye-opening summer abroad. 

After a year at both the Berklee School of Music and Auburn University, Pitzer married her husband – an Air Force Officer and began to travel the country. They now have two children

The Pitzers found their forever home in northern Okaloosa County on Galliver Cutoff between Baker and Holt and have been local for the last eight years. 

Pitzer entered the political arena approximately a month before her announcement she would run for Okaloosa County Commissioner – due to a town hall meeting about growth in the northern end of Okaloosa County.
