The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an armed home invasion robbery that took place late Sunday night at a residence on Pilgrim Avenue near Fort Walton Beach.

According to investigators, deputies were dispatched to the home after receiving reports that suspects had entered the residence. When they arrived, multiple occupants were found safe, and authorities say no life-threatening injuries were reported.

Preliminary details indicate two masked individuals forced their way inside the home, demanded property from those inside, and then fled the area before law enforcement arrived.

Investigators are now working to identify the suspects and gather additional evidence connected to the case.

The case remains active, and officials are urging anyone who may have seen suspicious activity in the area or who has surveillance footage from around the time of the incident to come forward.
