In a rainy Friday night matchup on October 4, 2024, the Crestview Bulldogs fell to the Pine Forest Eagles 13-7 in a hard-fought game.
The Bulldogs struck first with a touchdown reception by Braylon Thomas, but that would be their only score of the evening.
Pine Forest responded with 13 unanswered points in the second half, securing the win and improving their record to 4-3.
Crestview, now 2-4, struggled to find momentum in the wet conditions as the game turned into a war of attrition, with neither team generating many total yards.
Crestview heads to the beach next week to play a district game against Navarre High School.
The Raiders are also 2-4 so far this year. Navarre edged out a win against bottom-ranked Milton 14-12. Crestview beat Milton earlier this year 42-7 to open their season.
