NICEVILLE — The Niceville Valparaiso Christmas Parade Committee has announced that Niceville-Valparaiso’s outgoing Chamber President, Tricia Brunson will serve as the Grand Marshal for the 2026 parade.
The organization made the selection public in a press release.
According to the announcement, the committee selected Brunson for her community involvement and history of local volunteer work. The committee’s statement positions Brunson as a figure who represents the spirit of the annual event.
The Grand Marshal is an honorary position, and the selected individual traditionally leads the parade procession. Past selections have often included residents recognized for their contributions to the Niceville and Valparaiso communities.
