This is the New Niceville Business Between Zaxby’s and Po Folks:

This Java Joint will add more competition to an already saturated coffee market in the Mid Bay Area.

7 Brew Coffee Stand is coming to Niceville, between Zaxby’s and Po Folks’ Locations.

7 Brew is a drive-through coffee place that “was born from a desire to change drive-thru coffee into a mind-blowing experience for everyone.”

The business began in Rogers, Arkansas, in 2017 with seven different varieties of coffee.

The company has 211 locations in 26 states and has locations close to us in Niceville at their Crestview, Pensacola, and Tallahassee locations.

While the coffee stand may be coming to town – it looks as if the owners, Valparaiso Realty Company, will retain ownership of the land under the brew-thru.

According to the building permit, which was approved on April 1, the total estimated cost of the building is in the $350,000 range.

According to this story, out of Houston, Texas – the average city has 12.6 coffee shops per 100,000 residents. (Houston had just 4.9 – another good excuse for this Dallas boy to dunk on the Bayou City).

Niceville has ten coffee shops for the roughly 45,000 people who live in the greater Niceville area, which includes Niceville, Unincorporated Niceville, Bluewater Bay, Seminole, and Valparaiso.

That means we have way more coffee shops than the average American city, at 22.2 coffee shops per 100,000 residents.
