TalkingParents Earns #3 On Top 100 Companies To Work For List

TalkingParents has been honored as one of Florida’s Best Small Companies To Work For, securing a prestigious top 5 position in its inaugural year on the list. This recognition comes from the annual Best Companies To Work For In Florida list, featured in the August issue of Florida Trend magazine, which ranks 100 companies across small, medium, and large employer categories.

To qualify for this accolade, companies or government entities needed to have at least 15 workers in Florida and have been in operation for at least one year. Participating companies comprehensively evaluated their workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The process also included an employee satisfaction survey, with combined scores determining the top companies’ final rankings.

The Best Companies to Work For in Florida program is managed by Florida Trend and Workforce Research Group, which the HR Florida State Council endorses. Workforce Research Group handled the registration, survey, and analysis and determined the final rankings.
