Nolan Weeks and Chad Laboy, the two brothers who operate HealthCred Care, announced their intent to donate $140,000 to law enforcement agencies. Previously, they were at the middle of a scandal involving healthcare signups at the Okaloosa Jail that ended in Weeks’ resignation as a County employee.
