Niceville Valparaiso Junior League Softball Team’s Remarkable Run Ends in Semifinals
In a journey filled with determination and unforgettable moments, the Niceville Valparaiso Little League Softball Team’s historic run in the Junior League Softball Series came to a close with a valiant effort against the formidable team from Bristol, Connecticut. Despite their best efforts, the Boggy Girls fell short with a 5-0 loss, marking the end of their longest-ever venture into the tournament.
Niceville softball team heads to the World Series!
The team will debut against the Philippines on ESPN at 11 am Central time as they start pool play. Eight of the ten teams who enter the tournament will make it to the elimination round, where they will play to become the World Series Champion – crowned on August 5th. The team will also play a team from Hudsonville, Michigan, and Kirkland, Washington – as well as a yet-unnamed team from Canada.
