Niceville’s Marello Named Okaloosa Principal of the Year
Niceville High School’s own Charlie Marello has been crowned Okaloosa County’s Principal of the Year for 2023. Superintendent Marcus Chambers praises Marello’s dedication, knowing students by name and attending every event. Marello, grateful for the support, reflects on his journey from a teacher’s spouse to the Head Eagle. Under his leadership, every school he’s led has consistently earned an A rating from the Florida Department of Education.
