The excitement is building as the Okaloosa Arts Alliance and Hope & Restoration Tour gear up for the highly anticipated Okaloosa’s Got Talent (OGT) Finale, scheduled to dazzle audiences on Sunday, April 7, 2024. The event will unfold from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at The Sound Cafe + Enlightened Studios, nestled at 142 Miracle Strip Parkway SE, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548.
The OGT Finale promises an evening of exceptional talent, open to all and free of charge. This showcase celebrates the artistic flair of Okaloosa County, bringing together a diverse range of performers for an unforgettable experience.
Those eager to participate must act swiftly, as pre-registration is required by emailing zoranzakary@gmail.com before the deadline on April 1, 2024. The event’s format is designed to spotlight various age groups, with K-12 artists taking the stage from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, followed by performances from adults aged 18 and above from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
“We’re thrilled to provide a platform for the incredibly talented artists in our community,” said DJ Zoran, one of the event organizers. “From solo acts to bands, dancers to comedians, Okaloosa’s Got Talent welcomes all forms of artistic expression.”
Newcomers are encouraged to showcase their talent by including a 30 to 60-second video or audio clip of their performance in the pre-registration email. A panel of esteemed judges will evaluate the acts and crown winners in different categories. The K-12 champions will be announced at 7:00 pm, with the adult category winners revealed at 9:00 pm.
