Okaloosa County Schools Participate in Summer Meal Program

Okaloosa County Schools will participate in the Summer Food Service Program, known as Summer Break Spot, ensuring children can access nutritious meals throughout the summer. The program offers breakfasts and lunches on-site at no cost to children aged 18 and under. Meals will be available to all children, not just those enrolled in summer school. However, meals are unavailable on weekends, May 27, July 4, or July 5.

It is important to note that the times at specific sites are subject to change, and sites may close down based on participation levels. Families should check the District’s website regularly for the most current information regarding meal sites and times.
