The Ryan Cabaniss State Farm Agency is thrilled to announce the February 2025 Niceville Good Neighbor of the Month, Roxanna Ruckdeschel.
At 90 years old, Roxanne Ruckdeschel continues to serve the Niceville community through various volunteer roles. She actively participates in Sharing and Caring, delivering food to needy people. Her involvement with her church further exemplifies her commitment to local service.
Ruckdeschel also serves as treasurer on a seven-member council at American House Bluewater Bay, a senior living community in Niceville. As a member of this board, she contributes to the organization’s financial oversight and decision-making processes.
Additionally, she has experience as a Guardian ad Litem, representing the best interests of children in legal proceedings such as divorce, child custody, and cases involving abuse or neglect.
Her dedication to community service has been recognized through her contributions to local organizations. In 2017, she was among those who celebrated the awarding of the inaugural Chapter DH-FL Memorial Scholarship to a Niceville High School graduate.
Ruckdeschel’s enduring commitment to her community, spanning various roles and organizations, highlights her as a valued member of Niceville.
