NICEVILLE, FL — A Milton man was taken into custody Thursday following an investigation into an incident where he allegedly stripped naked on a popular public nature trail last month.
Bradley Patrick, 46, was arrested on August 6, 2026, in Santa Rosa County. The arrest was made on an active warrant issued by the Niceville Police Department charging him with Indecent Exposure, a violation of Florida Statute 800.03(1)(a).
According to police records, the charges stem from an incident on the afternoon of July 29, 2026. At approximately 1:45 p.m., security camera footage operated by the City of Niceville captured an individual, later identified as Patrick, removing his clothing while on the public nature trail at Turkey Creek. The incident reportedly occurred during the facility’s normal operating hours while the park was open to the public.
Authorities allege Patrick exposed his sexual organs in a vulgar or indecent manner in the public space.
Patrick is currently being held in Santa Rosa County as he awaits extradition to Okaloosa County. Upon his transfer, he will be booked into the Okaloosa County Jail.
