New Catholic School To Open in Niceville in 2025

Bishop William Wack of the Diocese of Pensacola-Tallahassee has approved the opening of Holy Family Catholic Academy (HFCA) in Niceville, set to welcome its first students this fall. The academy, located on the campus of Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, will initially serve grades K-4 with plans to expand to a full K-8 program in the future.

HFCA leadership announced the launch alongside updates for prospective families and community members:

Website Launch: Details about curriculum, tuition, financial aid, and admissions are available at holyfamilyniceville.org.

Open House: The inaugural open house is scheduled for Sunday, February 2, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, offering campus tours and the chance to meet school leadership. Applications will also be available on-site and online beginning the same day.

To prepare for the August launch, HFCA is fundraising $300,000 for essential expenses such as classroom furnishings, curriculum materials, and facility upgrades. The academy has reached 50% of its goal and invites the community to contribute through online or in-person donations.
