Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Deputies say they busted a Freeport Man with a cornucopia of drugs after they smelled weed coming from his car.ย
A sheriff’s deputy pulled overย Antonio Carlton Tyusย at the CVS Pharmacy as he passed through Bluewater Bay on Saturday, March 9th, after allegedly failing to stop for a stop sign.ย
The deputy who arrested Tyus removed him from the car and searched the vehicle for anything illegal. He came up with several illicit substances – including eight grams that field-tested positive for fentanyl, a container with a substance that field-tested positive for methamphetamine, and two smoking devices with marijuana residue.ย
Tyus said he did not know to whom the black vial and blue container belonged.ย ย
