PENSACOLA, Fla. – Costa Family McDonald’s, a local franchise organization based in Niceville, has acquired eight existing McDonald’s restaurants in Northwest Florida and South Alabama.
The company said the acquisitions include locations in Pensacola, Milton, Pace, Evergreen, Flomaton, and Brewton, bringing its total to 27 restaurants.
In a press release, the organization stated it plans to create approximately 200 jobs across its locations over the next six months. The company also announced plans to begin construction on two additional restaurants, with a projected opening date in late spring 2027.
As part of the transition, Owner/Operator David Costa is inviting customer feedback to help guide improvements at the newly acquired locations. According to the announcement, the company is asking patrons to text suggestions and ideas for their local restaurants to 850-974-7898.
