Collegiate High School Students Recognized for National Academic Honors

Collegiate High School at Northwest Florida State College continues to celebrate its tradition of academic excellence, with multiple students receiving prestigious national honors. Two students, Camille Peck and Roy Thomas, were named Semi-Finalists in the National Merit Scholarship Program, positioning them for a chance to win part of nearly $28 million in scholarships. Additionally, Brynne Massey and Carli Emerzian were recognized as Commended Students in the same program, placing them among the top 50,000 high school seniors nationwide.

Fifteen students at the school earned National Recognition Awards from the College Board for exceptional academic performance. This includes accolades such as the National Rural and Small Town Award, the National First-Generation Recognition Award, and others. Principal Dr. Sandy Arteaga praised the students for their hard work and dedication.
