House Bill 3637 – Representative Patt Maney has filed a bill in the Florida House, which (if it passed) would provide $1.25 million in the state budget for the Florida Department of Corrections to teach prisoners how to code as a way of ensuring that they are not repeat visitors to the state’s penal system.
