The trial of AFSOC Chief Master Sergeant Anthony Green closed today, and the presiding judge announced his verdict just after 11:30 a.m. after counsel presented closing arguments.
Green faced three charges related to three hidden cameras the prosecution alleged he used to secretly record his stepdaughter in the privacy of her bedroom.

Charges & results
The charges and results are as follows:
- Count 1- Indecent recording: GUILTY
- Count 2- Obstruction of justice: NOT GUILTY
- Count 3- Possession, viewing and production of child sexual abuse material (CSAM): GUILTY
Before the judge began deliberation about Green’s sentence, both counsels argued for a sentence they deemed fair.
Green took the stand for the first time to share an un-sworn statement with the court. He said his “enormous mistake” stemmed from a tendency to apply a military mindset to other areas of his life, and asked the judge not to give him a dishonorable discharge, citing his decorated military career.
The defense maintained that Green did not place hidden cameras in the victim’s room for nefarious reasons — however this did not result in a lenient sentence.
Sentencing
Green’s sentence is as follows:
- For indecent recording charge: 2 years confinement
- For CSAM charges:
- Viewing: 2 years
- Possessing: 2 years
- Producing: 10 years
- Rank reduced to E-1 Airman
- Dishonorable discharge from the U.S. Military
Green’s sentence will run concurrently, so he will spend 10 consecutive years in a military prison, and is dishonorably discharged after three decades of service.
