Niceville Police Chief warned kids under 16 and their parents about a new law which prohibits people without a driver’s license to operate a Low-Speed Vehicle (often called a golf cart) without a driver license on public roads.

The idea for the GNO began back in 2011 when Leslie Floyd heard that a friend was selling jewelry to help finance a trip to work at an orphanage. Floyd enlisted Lisa Bellomy and several other high school friends to get together to raise money to help the woman realize her dream.
