Edge Elementary School serves the children of the western portion of the City of Niceville. The school was recently rated a ‘B’ rating after the 2021 FSA testing cycle. It has previously been an A school between 2002 and 2019 (there is no test score for 2020 due to COVID).
Principal Melissa Kearley, a Niceville Native is the new principal at the elementary school. She comes to the school from Riverside Elementary School in Crestview.
The school is located on the original site of Niceville High School. The high school has since moved from along Highway 85 to the intersection of Partin Drive and John Sims Parkway.

The Addie Lewis School serves children K-8 in the Niceville, Valparaiso and Eglin Air Force Base Areas.
Eglin Elementary is located on Eglin Air Force Base and serves children from K-4.
