The Niceville Fire Department needs your help:

NICEVILLE, Fla. – The Niceville Fire Department has announced it is developing a three-to-five-year strategic plan and is seeking public input through an online survey. According to a press release issued Thursday, the department intends to use the feedback to guide its operations and priorities in the coming years.

A press release from the city says this survey is the first of its kind the department has conducted. In the prepared statement, Fire Chief Alex Kukulus said the objective is to “identify what we do well, where we can improve, and what our priorities should be.” The department claims the survey will help it better understand community needs and improve services.

Officials estimate the survey takes 10 to 15 minutes to complete. The department states that responses are anonymous unless a participant chooses to provide contact information. The survey is available to residents and individuals who work in Niceville.
